Another anticipated UFC fight, Islam Makhachev vs Alexander Volkanovski, will take place this Saturday, February 11th, 2023 in RAC Arena, Perth, Western Australia. Currently, Makhachev is the Lightweight Champion, while Volkanovski is the Featherweight Champion. While both competitors have lost once, Makhachev has 23 wins, and Volkanovski has 25. They both were also victorious in their last fights. It appears that Makhachev has a higher chance of winning then Volkanovski, but the results will be revealed after Saturday’s match.
According to stats, both competitors' leg reach is different, with Makhachev’s being 40.5 (inches) and Volkanovski’s being 36 (inches). The competitors’ height also differs, Makhachev reaching 5’10 (feet), and Wolkanovski reaching 5’6 (feet). This will be Volkanovski’s first attempt at a lightweight match. Makhachev is known for being great at defense, but many are unsure who will be victorious.
